Pursuits of Prayer

At Grace Fellowship we believe prayer is the furnace that fuels all that we do and it is the primary way we stay connected to God for direction.  There are many ways to pursue prayer at Grace; here are some specific ways you can get involved:
Audience of One, or "A1" a corporate gathering in our Prayer Center that combines worship and prayer.  The goal is that the Great Southwest Prayer Center would be open and occupied 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with continual intercession.  For more information, contact Stephanie Leggett at stephanie.leggett4@gmail.com or Erica McLemore at emclemore@whatisgrace.org.  To view our A1 schedule or find out how you can help click here.

The Altar Team is a trained group of intercessors who are available to pray with people Sunday mornings during our Prayer Altar time. James 5:14-16 states "If anyone among you is sick let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned they will be forgiven.  Therefore confess you sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed." Those interested in being a part of our Altar Team contact Trevor and Cheryl Loveday at 281-392-8343 or email  them at cheryl.loveday@me.com

Our Call Room is one of the most practical prayer ministries on campus.  It includes answering our prayer request phoneline, writing prayer notes and making prayer calls.  You can serve either as a 3-hour day captain or a 1-hour pray-er. Contact Dallas Stanberry 281-392-4636 or email her dstanberry1@hotmail.com.
Freedom and Healing Ministry - We believe that God is actively moving in people's lives and moving them towards renewal, healing, and freedom.  We offer Healing Prayer Room times, Generational Healing, Discipleship Counseling, Soul Therapy, and Bible Studies.  For more information about our Freedom and Healing Ministry, email Pam AlSheikh at alsheikh67@comcast.net.  Click here. To view more options of Freedom and Healing available.

1 Corinthians 14:1-3 states, "Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophesy...those who prophesy, speak to men for their strengthening, encouragement, and comfort." If you need strength, encouragement or comfort, please visit the Prayer Center and allow the Prophetic Team to minister to you. Safe; biblical; motivated by love.  If interested in becoming a part of the Prophetic Team email Larry Smith at lsmith@whatisgrace.org.

Prayer Groups - Grace Fellowship is a praying church!  There are several Prayer Groups that you can join that meet on a weekly and  monthly basis.  To find out more about these different groups, when they meet and how you can join click here.
