About Us Visiting Kidz XD
We look forward to welcoming you to Kidz XD on Sunday morning!
The Adult Worship Services start at 8:45 & 10:45. We encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure plenty of time to get children checked in. Follow these simple steps when visiting Kidz XD.
(3rd - 5th Grade has moved to the second floor of the mansion)*
Come to the Welcome Desk in the Children's Education Building
Volunteers and staff are on hand to welcome you to Kidz XD and help you get your child signed up for an exciting morning.
Complete a Visitor Form
Help us get to know you and your child by completing a Visitor Form. The Welcome Team will walk you through this process and place your child in an age approprate classroom.
Receive a Security Tag
Parent and child will be given a set of matching security tags that must be worn throughout the morning. To pick up your child or to exit into the main hallway with your child, parent and child must both be wearing matching security tags.
Meet the Class
Visiting parents will escort their child to class and check their child in with the adult classroom leader. Parents can drop off children in their classroom only when the two adult leaders are present.
Enjoy Big Church
Catch a shuttle or walk over to the Worship Center for “big church.” Should a parent need to be paged during church, their child’s name will scroll along the bottom of the worship screen. Pick Up at Classroom
After a morning of small group activities, worship, and Bible teaching, your child will be back in their classroom for pick up. Parents must wear a security tag to access the classroom hallway, pick up their child, and exit the classroom hallway. Parents must display a matching security tag to the Adult Volunteer in the classroom to check out their child. To limit congestion, we ask that only one parent, following proper security procedures, pick up the child.
Enroll to Get on the Roll & Use Electronic Check-In
For families who plan to attend Grace Fellowship regularly, fill out an Enrollment Form at the Welcome Desk to have your child’s name added to the class roster – that way on Sunday mornings, you can bypass the Welcome Desk and head straight to an electronic check-in station to check your child in and print tags before escorting your child to their class.
*For 3rd through 5th Grade:
3rd through 5th grade classrooms have moved to the second floor of the Mansion due to construction. The same steps can be followed when you check in on the second floor of the Mansion.
Special Needs Child: If your child has a special need, please contact us prior to your visit so we can know about your child and prepare our staff to welcome him/her! We will attempt to match your child with a buddy who will work with him/her in their age appropriate classroom or in our Special Needs Self Contained Classroom. Infant - 18 Months: The Kidz XD Nursery is located on the first floor of the Mansion. A team of paid staff and volunteers care for the smallest of our congregation with loving hands and hearts as they learn
it is OK to be away from mom and dad! Arrive 15-minutes before service to check your child in and please be sure to bring and label all items your child might need while in our care.
